What is a virtual CTO?
There are an increasing number of 'bricks and mortar' companies who've found themselves
having to deal on the technology stage, without having a strong background in technology.
As 'Virtual CTO' we can provided the technology input, strategic direction and senior
management strength needed to succed on this stage, when a full time technology
director is not appropriate.
Hands off to Hands dirty
This may involve anything from a quite hands-off 'non-executive' type role to hands-on
management of a technology team. These roles combine our ability to communicate
in plain English, to understand the commercial drivers and a deep and broad understanding
of technology and software development issues.

An example of an organisation in which we’ve taken such a role is Easy Karaoke Limited,
one of the UK’s leading suppliers of karaoke hardware and creators of karaoke content.
Since our involvement, Easy Karaoke has moved from its classical dealer channels
with ‘standard’ karaoke discs, to an organisation globally recognised as the leader
in karaoke technology, supplying content and products electronically to an increasingly
consumer market.
